DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within Kitengela and surrounding areas
  • Conduct face-to-face sales visits, product presentations, and demonstrations
  • Negotiate prices, close sales, and ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
  • Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights
  • Generate leads and sales through online platforms (social media, WhatsApp, email, websites, etc.)
  • Respond promptly to online inquiries and follow up on digital leads
  • Create and post promotional content to boost brand visibility and sales
  • Manage customer relationships through digital communication channels
  • Track online marketing performance and suggest improvements
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales data

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma in any field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in field sales and online/digital sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of online marketing and digital sales tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Aggressive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated mindset
