DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within Kitengela and surrounding areas
- Conduct face-to-face sales visits, product presentations, and demonstrations
- Negotiate prices, close sales, and ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
- Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights
- Generate leads and sales through online platforms (social media, WhatsApp, email, websites, etc.)
- Respond promptly to online inquiries and follow up on digital leads
- Create and post promotional content to boost brand visibility and sales
- Manage customer relationships through digital communication channels
- Track online marketing performance and suggest improvements
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales data
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma in any field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in field sales and online/digital sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of online marketing and digital sales tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Aggressive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated mindset
