DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Property Sourcing & Market Research

  • Actively scout for residential, commercial, and investment properties across Nairobi and its environs.
  • Identify potential high-yield properties for clients and company portfolios.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, landlords, and tenants.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for property owners interested in selling or leasing their properties.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare property briefs, presentations, and comparative market analyses for clients and management.
  • Maintain accurate databases of property listings, client interactions, and sourcing activities.

Fieldwork & Territory Management

  • Regularly visit neighbourhoods, ongoing projects, and new developments to gather property intelligence.
  • Map out strategic locations for investment and high-demand properties.

Team Collaboration & Training

  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and management teams to align sourcing strategies with client needs.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve market knowledge, negotiation skills, and property evaluation techniques.

 

Performance & Results Management

  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly sourcing targets as defined by management.
  • Proactively suggest new methods to improve property acquisition efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate initiative in identifying off-market properties and investment opportunities.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma in Real Estate, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in real estate or property sourcing
  • Familiarity with Nairobi neighborhoods and key property markets is essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, be proactive, and deliver measurable results
  • Must be trainable, adaptable, and willing to learn new systems and processes.
