DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively identify, research, and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, online research, industry events).
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, event organizers, and individual customers.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our services/products.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our services/products and enhance brand visibility.
  • Identify target audiences and develop tailored marketing messages and collateral (e.g., brochures, presentations, digital content).
  • Manage and optimize online and offline marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, website content, print advertising, and promotional events.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new marketing opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, customer service) to ensure a consistent brand experience and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution of issues.
  • Gather client feedback to continuously improve service delivery and product offerings.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics and marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide regular reports to management on sales activities, pipeline status, market trends, and marketing ROI.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and monitor sales progress.

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and close business deals
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of CRM systems is an added advantage
