DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and manage sales of agricultural produce to Mama Mbogas in the Nakuru region.
 - Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
 - Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring consistent and repeat sales.
 - Negotiate pricing and delivery schedules with vendors to maximize sales.
 - Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide valuable feedback to the sales team.
 - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
 - Provide excellent customer service, including resolving any issues or complaints.
 - Report on sales performance and track key metrics to meet or exceed sales targets.
 - Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth operations and inventory management.
 
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, particularly in agricultural produce or FMCG
 - Strong understanding of the local agricultural market and vendor dynamics in the Nakuru region
 - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships
 - Excellent communication and negotiation skills
 - Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently
 - Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics is a plus
 - A valid driver's license is preferred
