DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process customer orders promptly and accurately.
- Liaise with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, or any discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Track key sales metrics, such as order volumes, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction levels.
- Follow up on overdue invoices and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and communicate with clients to resolve payment disputes.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotations and managing customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with the finance department to process invoices and manage credit terms.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and complaints, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and address their concerns professionally.
- Ensure all sales-related documentation is filed and maintained systematically.
- Update customer and sales records in the company's database.
- Work closely with other departments, such as production, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma in any field.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Administrator or in a Customer Service role in a busy manufacturing or goods distribution company.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
