DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, walk-ins, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and viewings for prospective clients
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and closing conditions to successfully close sales
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Provide professional advice on property values, market trends, financing options, and legal requirements
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and after-sales support

Sales Process & Documentation

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Prepare and follow up on offers, contracts, and sales agreements
  • Coordinate with legal teams, valuers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and sales records in the CRM system
  • Track leads, opportunities, conversions, and follow-ups
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management

Digital Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Actively promote properties through digital channels including social media, property portals, email campaigns, and company website
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support online campaigns and open house events
  • Create basic sales content such as listings descriptions, posts, and client communications

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
  • Provide feedback to management on market demand and client preferences

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in real estate sales
  • Demonstrated success managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales reporting tools
  • Proven experience using digital marketing platforms for lead generation
