PROFESSIONAL FURNITURE PAINTER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Paint and finish wood furniture to a premium quality standard
• Mix and match colors with perfection and consistency
• Apply different paint techniques (spray, brush, stain, lacquer, etc.) as required
• Lead a small painting team when needed and ensure quality control
• Detect, troubleshoot, and solve any painting or finishing issues quickly
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow job orders and meet all deadlines without compromising quality
• Work efficiently with zero margin for error
• Handle multiple tasks and perform under pressure

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in furniture painting
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead a team
• Expertise in color mixing and custom finishes
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work fast, clean, and accurately
• Reliable, disciplined, and results-driven
