DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive customer orders through various channels (walk-in, phone, POS systems, and sales representatives).
- Accurately capture and process orders using POS and internal order management systems.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and in full.
- Liaise with the warehouse and logistics teams to confirm product availability and delivery schedules.
- Follow up on pending orders and communicate order status updates to customers and sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer orders, invoices, and deliveries.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and order-related issues professionally and promptly.
- Support sales activities by providing order reports, sales data, and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and FMCG regulatory requirements.
- Assist in stock monitoring and flag low stock or fast-moving items to the sales team.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field
- 1–2 years’ experience in order processing, sales support, or customer service within the FMCG sector
- Proven experience using POS systems and basic order management tools
- Strong understanding of FMCG products, distribution, and sales cycles
