DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Oversight

  • Supervise daily business operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements.

 Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, motivate, and manage staff to achieve operational targets.
  • Handle staffing issues, including performance monitoring and conflict resolution.

Administration & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports for management.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of office resources and equipment.

Communication & Coordination

  • Facilitate communication across teams and with management.
  • Address operational issues and resolve staff or customer concerns promptly.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze operational data.
  • Prepare weekly or monthly reports highlighting performance and challenges.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure operations comply with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Identify operational risks and implement measures to mitigate them.

Process Improvement & Innovation

  • Suggest and implement improvements to streamline operations.
  • Introduce simple tools or systems to enhance efficiency.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Administrator or Supervisor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in overseeing operations and managing teams.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Conversant with office software (MS Word, Excel, email, and related tools).
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
