DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Oversight
- Supervise daily business operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, motivate, and manage staff to achieve operational targets.
- Handle staffing issues, including performance monitoring and conflict resolution.
Administration & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports for management.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of office resources and equipment.
Communication & Coordination
- Facilitate communication across teams and with management.
- Address operational issues and resolve staff or customer concerns promptly.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze operational data.
- Prepare weekly or monthly reports highlighting performance and challenges.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure operations comply with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.
- Identify operational risks and implement measures to mitigate them.
Process Improvement & Innovation
- Suggest and implement improvements to streamline operations.
- Introduce simple tools or systems to enhance efficiency.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree or Diploma in Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Administrator or Supervisor in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in overseeing operations and managing teams.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Conversant with office software (MS Word, Excel, email, and related tools).
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
