MASSEUSE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide professional massage services to guests, ensuring comfort and satisfaction.
Perform a variety of massages, including Swedish, deep tissue, and reflexology, among others.
Assess guests’ needs and customize treatments based on their preferences or any physical concerns.
Maintain an immaculate and relaxing environment for massages, including cleanliness of the massage room and equipment.
Ensure guest privacy and comfort throughout the treatment.
Advise guests on the benefits of regular massage and any specific aftercare procedures.
Maintain accurate records of treatments provided and communicate any guest preferences to management.
Assist in promoting and marketing the spa services to increase bookings and overall revenue.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

Diploma or Certificate in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of previous experience as a Masseuse in a reputable hotel.
Proficiency in a variety of massage techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to create a calm, relaxing atmosphere for guests.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
A professional, courteous, and approachable demeanor.
