DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the clinic’s mission and business goals.
  • Identify target client segments and design campaigns to attract and retain them.
  • Work with leadership to define KPIs, budgets, and timelines for marketing initiatives.

Digital Marketing & Online Presence

  • Manage and optimize the clinic’s website, social media profiles, and online listings.
  • Run digital campaigns including social media ads, email marketing, SEO, and paid search.
  • Track digital performance metrics, generate reports, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Create engaging and informative content that positions the clinic as a wellness authority.

Brand Management

  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms and materials.
  • Develop marketing collateral, brochures, newsletters, and visual content for campaigns.
  • Promote patient testimonials, success stories, and wellness tips to strengthen brand credibility.

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and implement improvements.

Community & Client Engagement

  • Foster relationships with local organizations, gyms, and wellness partners to expand reach.
  • Respond to client inquiries on social media and other marketing channels in a timely manner.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Track marketing KPIs, conversion rates, and campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide insights on client behavior, engagement patterns, and market opportunities.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor junior marketing staff or interns, ensuring alignment with clinic goals.
  • Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to create integrated client experiences.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors as needed.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, SEO, and traditional marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM platforms, and campaign management tools.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
