DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns targeting pharmaceutical and healthcare markets.
  • Coordinate with medical representatives and pharmacy outlets to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Support product launches and marketing initiatives, ensuring proper branding, positioning, and communication.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments to improve performance.
  • Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote pharmaceutical products.
  • Maintain and update promotional materials, digital platforms, and product brochures in line with company branding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, pharmacy outlets, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
  • Track marketing expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and budget compliance.
  • Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and analytics for internal stakeholders.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A higher qualification is an added advantage
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, branding, and market research methodologies
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory standards, and healthcare environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools
