DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Campaign Support
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns for various clients.
- Assist in developing campaign briefs, timelines, and work plans.
- Track progress and provide regular updates on ongoing campaigns.
Client Project Coordination
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Understand client needs and ensure timely delivery of project requirements.
- Coordinate between internal teams (design, strategy, operations) and external vendors to meet project deliverables.
Field Activation Oversight
- Plan and supervise on-ground activations, roadshows, product demos, and sampling events.
- Coordinate logistics such as branding materials, product deliveries, uniforms, and event permits.
- Conduct site visits to monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure execution meets brand standards.
Monitoring and Reporting
- Collect and compile data from the field teams (photos, feedback, attendance, consumer engagement reports).
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly or end-of-campaign reports for clients.
- Make recommendations for improvements based on learnings and insights.
Vendor and Supplier Coordination
- Liaise with suppliers for printing, branding, merchandise, and logistics needs.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality control of promotional materials and equipment.
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate records of campaigns, team attendance, and client billing information.
- Support in preparing budgets, invoices, and petty cash reconciliations related to campaign execution.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
- Ensure all marketing activities align with client branding guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor team behavior and campaign ethics to uphold the company’s professional standards.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar marketing or coordination role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic marketing tools
- Flexibility to travel and attend field activations as needed
