INTERNS-TECHNICAL FIELD (50 POSITIONS)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support technical teams in daily plant operations
• Assist in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment
• Participate in production processes, monitoring quality and output
• Collect and analyze operational data for efficiency improvements
• Ensure safety procedures and manufacturing standards are followed
• Learn and contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisor or technical lead

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Recent graduate with a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related technical field
• Strong interest in manufacturing or industrial operations
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Available to start immediately and commit for the full internship duration
