JOB SUMMARY

The ICT Manager is a key role in the ICT infrastructure. Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. Assisting in the design, implementation and management of business support IT Network infrastructure including physical and virtual data centers, Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), Internet links and communication systems such as PABX, WhatsApp Chabot, Active Directory, Desktop phones and video conferencing to ensure smooth operations within the company and its branches.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establishes network specifications by conferring with users; analysing workflow, access, information, and security requirements; designing router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols.
  • Build the backbone: Orchestrate a unified, secure digital foundation across enterprise, operations, and corporate IT.
  • Establishes network by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, good put, and latency; planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment; defining network policies and procedures; establishing connections and firewalls
  • Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendor
  • Enterprise Applications: ERP, CRM, HRIS, Finance, Procurement, MES, PLM, SCM, BI & Analytics.
  • Customer & Commercial Platforms: e-commerce, distributor portals, mobile apps, loyalty platforms, Omnichannel CX.
  • Operations Technology (OT): Plant automation, SCADA, IoT sensors, predictive maintenance, shop-floor analytics.
  • Corporate IT: Network, cloud, collaboration suites, identity & access, endpoint management, IT service

  • Security & Surveillance: Cameras, access control, SOC, incident monitoring, digital forensics.
  • Data, Analytics & AI: Data warehouses, lakes, governance, dashboards, ML/AI platforms, automation.
  • Emerging & Future Platforms: RPA, block chain, AR/VR, digital twins, sustainability & carbon tracking tech.
  • Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation
  • Prepares users by designing and conducting training programs; providing references and support
  • Upgrades network by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements ICT administration
  • Manage Company ERP hardware & related connectivity environment
  • Ensure efficient delivery of IT services through optimal support and administration of the IT infrastructure
  • Manage the ICT Support Team & drive them to deliver robust, top class IT support services
  • Adhere to established IT policies and assist in development and maintenance of procedures, guidelines in line with the policies
  • Protect data integrity and protection through security appliance monitoring, backups and virus mitigation
  • Support IT Admin in various ERP Business support tasks during his absence.
  • Recommend, schedule, and perform software and hardware improvements, upgrades, patches, reconfigurations as and when necessary
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Ensure computer security (e.g. firewalls and intrusion detection systems) In charge of SQL installations and configuration to enable related database applications for administration and data management
  • Liaising with the service providers to ensure that all operations have minimal interruptions
  • Ensure the users get timely solutions
  • User administration (setup and maintaining accounts)
  • Ensure Maintenance of company systems
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any problems
  • Create file systems Install software and maintain software
  • Create a backup and recovery policy
  • Oversee all activities at the IT Department with a close supervision of the IT Admin’s, CCTV Surveillance personnel and IT Interns

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in computer science/ IT/Engineering/IT & Business
  • 5+ years in IT/digital leadership with enterprise scope, 5+ at C-level or equivalent
  • Proven record delivering multi-system transformations (ERP, CRM, MES, eCommerce, fleet)
  • Expertise in enterprise architecture, cyber, AI/ML, and IT/OT convergence
  • Strong financial & business acumen (TCO/ROI/value realization)
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and board communication.
