DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish HR procedures in compliance with applicable legislation;
- Create and update HR files for each employee and consultant;
- Anticipate the HR needs of the organization and its subsidiaries;
- Advise management and operational departments on all areas related to human resources management;
- Oversee the administration of payroll for agents, consultants, and day laborers;
- Manage leave requests, mission requests, requests for the use of day laborers, email address requests, and ERP system access requests;
- Manage the granting of certain extra-legal benefits to agents and consultants: service phone, service laptop, monthly airtime/data, mission expenses, expense reimbursement, etc.;
- Implement the travel and accommodation policy for agents on-site and/or on mission;
- Create and implement a performance evaluation system;
- Manage the development of the human resources information system;
- Ensure the quality of labor relations and act as an interface between management and social partners;
- Provide regular HR reporting to management;
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Management or any related field.
- Over 10years experience of progressive HR Experience with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Knowledge of Congolese labor law is essential
- Someone who can advise management and operational department in all areas related to HR
- Establish HR procedures in compliance with applicable legislation
- Fluent in English and French
