DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote and market the hospital’s services to individuals, corporates, and organizations.
 - Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert potential clients into actual hospital patients.
 - Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aimed at expanding the hospital’s customer base.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, corporates, and the community.
 - Coordinate and participate in hospital marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to increase brand visibility.
 - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and patient feedback to inform sales and marketing strategies.
 - Prepare and present sales reports to the management team, detailing activities, results, and market trends.
 - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure patient needs are met and that services offered are clearly communicated to the market.
 - Track and report on sales targets, ensuring monthly and quarterly goals are met.
 
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
 - Previous experience in hospital sales and marketing is a plus
 - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales
 - Strong organizational and time-management skills
 - Self-motivated with the ability to work in a results-driven environment
