DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing Strategy Development and Execution
- Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
- Set short-term and long-term digital marketing goals aligned with overall business objectives.
- Continuously analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform and refine marketing plans.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building activities to improve organic search rankings.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush.
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital content.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Paid Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
- Manage ad budgets, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
- A/B test ad creatives and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Content Strategy and Management
- Develop and manage a content calendar for blogs, email newsletters, and social media.
- Coordinate with copywriters and designers to create engaging and on-brand content across platforms.
- Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, consistency, and aligned with the brand voice.
Social Media Marketing
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage online community interactions.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategy to maximize engagement.
Website and E-commerce Management
- Oversee the company’s website(s), ensuring they are user-friendly, up-to-date, and SEO-optimized.
- Work with developers/designers to update website content, improve UX/UI, and implement new features.
- Manage e-commerce platforms (if applicable), including product uploads, content updates, and promotional campaigns.
Analytics and Reporting
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other platforms to measure campaign performance.
- Create weekly/monthly reports highlighting KPIs, trends, and actionable insights.
- Recommend strategic adjustments based on performance data.
Email and CRM Marketing
- Manage customer databases and execute segmented email marketing campaigns to increase engagement and retention.
- Monitor performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and refine email strategies accordingly.
- Integrate CRM tools to track leads, customer journeys, and nurture relationships.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with business needs.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, or freelancers as needed.
- Support internal marketing efforts such as internal communications and training on digital tools.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Identify opportunities to automate marketing processes and improve efficiency.
- Experiment with emerging platforms and tactics to stay ahead of competitors.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and e-commerce
- Proven experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager
- Proficient in using CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices
- Experience in e-commerce and website management is an added advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
