DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Campaign Development & Management:

  • Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, build brand awareness, and increase student enrollment.
  • Identify the most effective digital marketing channels (email, social media, search engines, and paid ads) to target prospective students and other key audiences.

Social Media Marketing:

  • Design and implement social media strategies to promote the college’s brand across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance to continuously improve engagement and follower growth.
  • Respond to student inquiries and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner across all platforms.

Graphic Design & Content Creation:

  • Create visually appealing content for digital platforms, including graphics, banners, posters, infographics, and videos, using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Admissions, Events, etc.) to produce high-quality digital content that aligns with key campaigns and initiatives.
  • Ensure all digital content is on-brand, follows the college’s visual guidelines, and speaks to the target audience effectively.

Website & Landing Page Management:

  • Optimize and update the college's website to enhance user experience and ensure it is optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Design and manage landing pages for specific campaigns or events to boost conversion rates.
  • Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and content performance to recommend improvements and increase engagement.

Content Marketing:

  • Develop and manage a content calendar that aligns with the marketing strategy and academic year calendar.
  • Create educational content (videos, blog posts, webinars) that showcases the college’s unique programs and student experiences.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters to keep prospective students informed and engaged with the college.

Search Engine Marketing & Optimization:

  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the college's website.
  • Create and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to promote the college’s programs and events.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (SEO and paid search) and make recommendations to improve reach and performance.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, web traffic, social media metrics, and audience engagement.
  • Provide insights based on data to improve future marketing efforts and strategies.

Brand Building & Strategy:

  • Work with the marketing team to develop long-term digital marketing strategies that align with the college's goals and objectives.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and voice across all digital channels and content.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep the college’s marketing efforts innovative.

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the Admissions team to promote open days, application deadlines, and campus events.
  • Coordinate with the Events team to ensure seamless execution of online marketing for college events and activities.
  • Work closely with external vendors or agencies (if applicable) for specialized services like paid advertising, content production, etc.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, graphic design, and social media marketing.
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Proven ability to create high-quality content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices is a plus.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and a self-starter with the ability to work independently.
