DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients—both in person and over the phone.
  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, offering assistance and directing them appropriately.
  • Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and messages with professionalism and proper phone etiquette.
  • Schedule appointments, bookings, and follow-ups for pet care services.
  • Resolve client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk/reception area.
  • Provide accurate information about services offered, pricing, and procedures.
  • Record and update customer data and service details in the system or manual registers.
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., pet attendants, grooming staff) to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Support administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and report generation as needed.

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Degree in any field from a recognized institution
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or front desk role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good computer literacy and basic administrative skills
  • Experience in a pet care, veterinary, or hospitality environment is an added advantage
