DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients—both in person and over the phone.
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, offering assistance and directing them appropriately.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and messages with professionalism and proper phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments, bookings, and follow-ups for pet care services.
- Resolve client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk/reception area.
- Provide accurate information about services offered, pricing, and procedures.
- Record and update customer data and service details in the system or manual registers.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., pet attendants, grooming staff) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Support administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and report generation as needed.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or Degree in any field from a recognized institution
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or front desk role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer literacy and basic administrative skills
- Experience in a pet care, veterinary, or hospitality environment is an added advantage
