DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes from the Ala Carte menu.
  • Ensure that all meals are prepared according to standard recipes and are of consistent quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and cooking equipment.
  • Assist in inventory management, including ordering ingredients and ensuring stock levels are adequate.
  • Ensure that food safety standards are met at all times.
  • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Contribute to menu planning and development of new dishes when needed.
  • Ensure that all dishes are presented well before serving.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • 2-3 years of experience in Ala Carte menu preparation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of kitchen safety protocols and food handling procedures.
  • Flexible and willing to work shifts, including weekends if necessary.
