DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes from the Ala Carte menu.
- Ensure that all meals are prepared according to standard recipes and are of consistent quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and cooking equipment.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering ingredients and ensuring stock levels are adequate.
- Ensure that food safety standards are met at all times.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Contribute to menu planning and development of new dishes when needed.
- Ensure that all dishes are presented well before serving.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- 2-3 years of experience in Ala Carte menu preparation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Knowledge of kitchen safety protocols and food handling procedures.
- Flexible and willing to work shifts, including weekends if necessary.
