DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Lead Coordination

  • Assist in lead generation, qualification, and nurturing through CRM tools.
  • Prepare sales decks, proposals, and follow-ups for client meetings.
  • Track sales pipeline activities and coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure timely deal progression.
  • Support sales reps with research, client insights, and competitive intelligence.

Customer Success & Support

  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to operations.
  • Act as a point of contact for client communication post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Monitor feedback channels and support proactive resolution of customer issues.

Marketing & Digital Campaign Support

  • Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns (email, social media, paid ads).
  • Coordinate with content, design, and performance marketing teams to align messaging with business goals.
  • Track key marketing metrics and prepare reports for leadership review.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Serve as a central point for coordination across BD, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Manage internal communications, project timelines, and process improvements.
  • Take the initiative in solving problems, optimizing workflows, and driving strategic priorities

forward.

 

 

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, customer success, or marketing support roles
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), project management tools ODOO and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Google Analytics)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data
  • Entrepreneurial attitude — willing to take ownership, learn quickly, and go beyond the job description
  • Passion for growth, digital innovation, and creating value for customers
