DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the service industry, specifically focusing on real estate or other relevant sectors.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and tailor solutions.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline and actively pursue new leads and opportunities.
  • Present and promote services to potential clients, providing them with detailed and customized proposals.
  • Close sales by following up with prospective clients and negotiating terms.

Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Provide after-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries, issues, or complaints promptly and professionally.

Market Expansion:

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify new opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand presence and market share in the service sector.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track sales metrics and KPIs to measure performance against targets.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management on sales activities, client feedback, and market conditions.

 

 

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure seamless client experiences and service delivery.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to stay up-to-date with product offerings and industry knowledge.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, or any relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or business development within the service industry (experience in real estate or similar sectors is preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and achieving business growth.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Good understanding of market dynamics and trends in the service industry.
