DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Management:
- Assist in managing all F&B operations and ensure smooth and efficient service.
 - Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion sizes to ensure consistency with company standards.
 - Oversee daily operations of dining outlets, bars, kitchens, and banquets.
 - Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food and beverage costs.
 
Customer Service Excellence:
- Ensure customer satisfaction through high levels of service, quality, and consistency.
 - Address guest concerns promptly and efficiently to enhance their experience.
 - Implement feedback and ensure continual improvement in customer service standards.
 
Staff Supervision and Training:
- Supervise, mentor, and lead F&B staff, ensuring that they adhere to company standards and policies.
 - Assist in training staff on customer service, safety regulations, and food handling procedures.
 - Create and maintain staff schedules, ensuring proper staffing levels for peak periods.
 
Financial Management:
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining cost controls for the F&B department.
 - Track sales and revenue goals, ensuring the department meets its financial objectives.
 - Monitor wastage, portion control, and staff productivity to maintain cost-effectiveness.
 
Health & Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and all local laws.
 - Conduct regular inspections of kitchen, bar, and dining areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
 - Maintain and monitor health and safety records.
 
Marketing and Promotion:
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote F&B offerings.
 - Ensure proper execution of promotional events and activities.
 - Monitor customer feedback to enhance menu offerings and introduce new products.
 
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
 - Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within food and beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or similar hospitality setting
 - Strong leadership and team management skills
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 - Ability to manage and multitask in a fast-paced environment
