DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through cold calling, referrals, and other lead generation activities. Build and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
- Product/Service Promotion: Clearly and confidently articulate the features, benefits, and value of the company’s products or services to potential customers. Tailor the pitch to meet each customer’s specific needs.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Handle follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Handling Inquiries & Objections: Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally. Address objections with persuasive arguments and product knowledge to convert interest into sales.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. Work closely with the sales team to strategize and improve overall performance.
- Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, client details, sales, and feedback in CRM systems or company databases. Submit daily and weekly reports to supervisors on sales activity and performance.
- Market Feedback & Insights: Gather customer feedback and insights from calls to help improve the company’s offerings and understand market trends.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and field sales teams to streamline processes, share insights, and support broader business goals.
- Professional Development: Continuously update product knowledge, sales techniques, and communication skills through training sessions and team meetings.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a related role is an added advantage
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong telephone etiquette and persuasive skills
- High level of enthusiasm, confidence, and self-motivation
- Goal-driven with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
