DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome guests and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls with proper telephone etiquette.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Handle basic administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Manage appointments and scheduling for meetings.
- Respond to inquiries and direct visitors to the appropriate departments or staff members.
- Assist in managing the company’s front office email and general communication.
- Provide support with social media updates and basic online engagement as needed.
- Coordinate mail, deliveries, and courier services.
- Ensure compliance with front office protocols and company standards.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or Degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a front office or receptionist role
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
