DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and develop training materials tailored to the specific needs of the training area.
  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for groups of employees, ensuring active participation.
  • Provide practical tools, techniques, and resources to help employees apply soft skills in their professional lives.
  • Assess trainee progress through feedback, activities, and assessments.
  • Collaborate with our team to customize the content as per specific organizational needs.
  • Maintain a positive and professional learning environment.
  • The Trainer needs to have at least expertise in one of the areas below:
  1. Professionalism and Office Etiquette
  2. Communication Skills
  3. Report Writing
  4. Resource Mobilization, Monitoring and Evaluation
  5. Mental Health and Wellness
  6. Stress Management

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Proven experience as a corporate trainer or facilitator in the relevant soft skill areas
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to different learning styles and participant needs
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging, impactful training content
  • Certification in relevant fields (e.g., Communication, Mental Health, Stress Management, etc.) will be an added advantage
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
