DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop training materials tailored to the specific needs of the training area.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for groups of employees, ensuring active participation.
- Provide practical tools, techniques, and resources to help employees apply soft skills in their professional lives.
- Assess trainee progress through feedback, activities, and assessments.
- Collaborate with our team to customize the content as per specific organizational needs.
- Maintain a positive and professional learning environment.
- The Trainer needs to have at least expertise in one of the areas below:
- Professionalism and Office Etiquette
- Communication Skills
- Report Writing
- Resource Mobilization, Monitoring and Evaluation
- Mental Health and Wellness
- Stress Management
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Proven experience as a corporate trainer or facilitator in the relevant soft skill areas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and participant needs
- Ability to create and deliver engaging, impactful training content
- Certification in relevant fields (e.g., Communication, Mental Health, Stress Management, etc.) will be an added advantage
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
