DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Strategy & Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and maintain all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Create and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
- Schedule and publish engaging content, including text, images, and videos.
- Monitor social media trends and implement best practices.
Content Creation:
- Create high-quality, relevant, and engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Develop content calendars and ensure timely content delivery.
- Produce visually appealing graphics and videos using appropriate tools.
- Write compelling captions and copy that resonate with the target audience.
Community Engagement:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain relationships with followers and influencers.
- Run social media contests and promotions to increase engagement.
- Foster a positive and interactive online community.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Generate regular reports on social media performance and insights.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies.
- Use analytics tools to monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
Property Management Specific Tasks:
- Create content showcasing available properties, tenant testimonials, and community events.
- Promote property listings and generate leads through social media.
- Address tenant inquiries and concerns through social media channels.
- Help to build a strong online reputation for the property management company.
General Marketing Support:
- Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to marketing strategy discussions.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar social media marketing role
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Experience working in a property management company is a significant advantage
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
