DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Strategy & Management:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Create and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Schedule and publish engaging content, including text, images, and videos.
  • Monitor social media trends and implement best practices.

Content Creation:

  • Create high-quality, relevant, and engaging content for various social media platforms.
  • Develop content calendars and ensure timely content delivery.
  • Produce visually appealing graphics and videos using appropriate tools.
  • Write compelling captions and copy that resonate with the target audience.

Community Engagement:

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain relationships with followers and influencers.
  • Run social media contests and promotions to increase engagement.
  • Foster a positive and interactive online community.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Generate regular reports on social media performance and insights.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies.
  • Use analytics tools to monitor competitor activity and industry trends.

 

 

Property Management Specific Tasks:

  • Create content showcasing available properties, tenant testimonials, and community events.
  • Promote property listings and generate leads through social media.
  • Address tenant inquiries and concerns through social media channels.
  • Help to build a strong online reputation for the property management company.

General Marketing Support:

  • Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to marketing strategy discussions.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar social media marketing role
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation
  • Experience working in a property management company is a significant advantage
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
