DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging social media content using Canva, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Content Scheduling & Posting: Plan, schedule, and post content on various social media platforms, ensuring timely and consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and friendly manner, and help foster a positive and interactive online community.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to improve strategy based on performance data.
  • Trend Monitoring & Content Adaptation: Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices. Adapt content strategies to align with current trends and audience interests.
  • Collaboration with Team: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm new content ideas and strategies that align with overall brand goals and campaigns.
  • Community Building: Identify and interact with key influencers or relevant communities to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Competitor Analysis: Keep track of competitors’ social media activities and recommend improvements based on industry best practices.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree/Diploma in any field
  • Certificate in Digital Marketing or related discipline
  • Proficient in Canva and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Strong creativity and a passion for social media and digital trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to plan, schedule, and track tasks effectively
