DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure the efficient operation of the store, maintaining high standards for customer service and overall store functionality.
  • Sales Strategy & Target Achievement: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals, driving business growth.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate, and support the store team by providing ongoing training and fostering a positive, performance-driven work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, ensuring inventory is accurately managed, replenished promptly, and stock-outs are minimized.
  • Customer Experience Improvement: Analyze customer feedback and trends to continuously refine service offerings, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards across all store operations.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and deliver comprehensive performance reports to senior management, tracking key metrics and providing actionable insights.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in Sales and Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the telecom industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in inventory control and sales analysis tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
