SALES REPRESENTATIVE- ALCOHOL

JOB SUMMARY

The Alcohol Salesperson is responsible for promoting and selling alcoholic beverages to customers, including retail outlets, restaurants, bars, and other licensed establishments. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring that customers are stocked with the right products according to their needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and prospect potential customers within the assigned region or territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, including liquor stores, bars, restaurants, and event organizers.
• Process orders from clients and ensure timely delivery.
• Track inventory and recommend orders to maintain appropriate stock levels for customers.
• Follow up on customer orders to ensure satisfaction and resolve any delivery or quality issues.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM systems or other reporting tools.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Relevant certificate or diploma
• Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative or similar role
• Previous experience in sales, particularly in the beverage or alcohol industry, is preferred.
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages, including spirits, beer, and wine, is an advantage.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
