DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect and identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Promote and sell the company’s full range of branding and marketing services (e.g., corporate identity, design, print media, signage, promotional items).
- Conduct client meetings and product/service presentations tailored to client needs.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and negotiate deals to closure.
- Maintain and build strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep records of sales activity and update reports as required.
- Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Represent the company at marketing events, exhibitions, and networking forums when needed.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in B2B sales is a strong advantage, especially in branding or advertising
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented
