DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospect and identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Promote and sell the company’s full range of branding and marketing services (e.g., corporate identity, design, print media, signage, promotional items).
  • Conduct client meetings and product/service presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and negotiate deals to closure.
  • Maintain and build strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep records of sales activity and update reports as required.
  • Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Represent the company at marketing events, exhibitions, and networking forums when needed.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in B2B sales is a strong advantage, especially in branding or advertising
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented
