DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, online platforms, and walk-ins.
- Engage potential buyers by understanding their needs and presenting suitable property options.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a database of prospective and current clients.
Property Marketing & Promotion
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote property listings, including online marketing, social media, and physical signage.
- Assist in staging and preparing properties for viewings.
- Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, email campaigns, and newsletters.
- Organize and attend open house events and property expos.
Property Viewings & Presentations
- Schedule and conduct property tours with clients, providing relevant details and answering any queries.
- Highlight property features and benefits to potential buyers during visits.
- Address client objections confidently and professionally.
Negotiation & Closing
- Advise clients on pricing, market trends, and legal requirements.
- Prepare and present sales offers to clients, and facilitate negotiation between buyers and sellers.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to support clients through the purchasing process.
- Ensure proper documentation and contracts are completed accurately and submitted on time.
Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Maintain strong after-sale relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Provide continuous support and updates to clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Market Research & Reporting
- Stay updated on property values, current listings, and trends in the local real estate market.
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor customer feedback.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in selling properties or insurance
- Excellent marketing and customer service skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and creative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms is an added advantage
