DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the smooth running of daily office operations, including office supplies and equipment.
- Provide administrative support to management, HR, and other departments as needed.
- Maintain office organization, including filing systems, managing meeting schedules, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation for meetings.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with office-related events, including employee functions, celebrations, and meetings.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies, ensuring timely reordering of items.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and other communications.
- Support HR functions, including assisting with recruitment, training sessions, and employee records management.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Previous experience in a similar
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an office administration role in a busy or dynamic work environment
- Proven experience with office management and administrative tasks.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of office equipment, including printers, fax machines, and phone systems.
