DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Initiate and conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce medical products/services.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads, determine customer needs, and present appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering them support and guidance regarding products and services.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Provide accurate information on medical products/services, explaining their benefits and features in layman’s terms.
  • Stay updated on new products, medical advancements, and industry trends.
  • Accurately document client information, sales activities, and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
  • Work closely with the sales and medical team to ensure clients' needs are met and product knowledge is current.
  • Attend regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma in Sales, Health Sciences, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a sales agent or in a healthcare setting
  • Conversant with medical terms and healthcare products
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to explain complex medical information in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
