DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the marketing team in developing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to various products and services within the FMCG sector.
  • Assist in setting measurable marketing goals and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Coordinate the execution of marketing plans, ensuring all initiatives align with company objectives and brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and high-quality content for use across multiple channels including social media, email marketing, website, and advertising materials.
  • Craft compelling product descriptions, blog posts, newsletters, and other written content that resonate with target audiences.
  • Assist in managing content calendars to ensure timely delivery of content and promotions.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new content ideas to improve brand presence and customer engagement.
  • Ensure all visual assets meet brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Work with external vendors and agencies, when necessary, to ensure the quality of printed and digital assets.
  • Coordinate logistics for marketing events, product launches, trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate promotions from concept to execution.
  • Organize venue selection, vendor management, guest list coordination, invitations, and promotional materials for events.
  • Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly, from registration to post-event follow-up.
  • Assist in collecting feedback and analyzing event performance, contributing insights for future event improvements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure event-specific promotions and activities drive customer engagement and product sales.
  • Monitor competitor activities, product offerings, and pricing strategies to provide competitive insights and strategic recommendations to the marketing team.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of the company’s social media strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing goals.
  • Monitor and engage with followers on various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to foster community engagement.
  • Track social media performance metrics, generate reports, and use insights to optimize future content and engagement strategies.
  • Manage and schedule social media content using scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports on key metrics (e.g., ROI, engagement rates, conversion rates).

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree/Diploma in a business-related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the FMCG industry
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and techniques
  • Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and content creation
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies
  • Strong event management skills, with a track record of coordinating successful events
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
