DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure timely appraisal of loan applications received by confirming the accuracy of required documentation and compliance with the Credit Policy.
- Giving professional, timely, accurate, and efficient feedback to Members on processes and requirements on pending loan applications.
- Providing financial advisory services and education to members on available products and services. Dealing with inquiries from members on phone, emails, and walk-ins.
- Providing quality services in line with existing policies and service level agreements.
- Proactively managing risk/exposure for assigned portfolio continuously.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree/ Diploma in Commerce, cooperative management or CPA
- 2 years’ experience in a similar position in a sacco
- Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Planning and Organizing/Work Management Skills.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and effectively under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-driven and self-motivated.
