DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate accurate and timely invoices for customers based on delivery and sales data.
  • Verify invoice details against sales orders, delivery notes, and dispatch records.
  • Ensure all invoicing is compliant with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with the warehouse and dispatch team to confirm product availability and delivery.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices and related records.
  • Follow up on any discrepancies or queries related to billing with relevant departments.
  • Update and maintain invoicing data in the company’s ERP system (preferably Navision).
  • Provide support during monthly stock takes, including reconciliation of physical stock with system records.
  • Assist in preparation of weekly and monthly sales/invoicing reports for management.
  • Collaborate with finance and supply chain teams to ensure smooth flow of documentation and data.

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field
  • 2–3 years’ experience in an invoicing, stores, or stock control role within a manufacturing or FMCG company
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Experience using Navision ERP system is a strong advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
