DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute testing and validation plans for electric vehicle 2wh & 3wh vehicles, components and systems based on engineering requirements
  • Conduct vehicle-level testing for range, efficiency, acceleration, thermal performance management, and safety compliance.
  • Log the CAN data during on road testing, update the test records, analyse test results and provide detailed reports.
  • Conduct EV Vehicle and component-level testing including battery, motor, power electronics, and charging systems.
  • Perform validation tests on EV software, hardware, and integrated systems.
  • Troubleshoot and debug EV subsystems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Development, Production) for validation efforts.
  • Ensure all testing activities comply with industry standards and regulations (ISO, SAE, etc.)
  • Maintain test equipment and setups. - Identify and report issues, track them through resolution.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in automotive testing/validation, preferably with electric vehicles
  • Familiarity with industry standard CAN basics understanding, CAN tool & Software’s
  • Need to have Valid driver's license and ability to operate test vehicles
  • Experience with handling of Electric & Electronics measurement equipment like digital multimeter, Clampmeter, Oscilliscope & Data acquisition system.
