DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Ambassador:

  • Serve as the face of the real estate company at public events, promotions, and photo shoots, ensuring the brand’s values and image are consistently communicated.
  • Actively participate in promotional campaigns, engaging with potential clients and partners, and helping to establish the company as a trusted brand within the real estate industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, potential customers, and partners to enhance the company’s reputation and encourage business growth.
  • Ensure that personal appearance, demeanor, and actions align with the company's branding and marketing efforts, representing the company with professionalism and elegance.

Social Media Marketing:

  • Develop and produce creative and engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), including photos, videos, stories, and reels that reflect the company’s brand and values.
  • Create and manage a content calendar that aligns with company events, product launches, or promotions.
  • Actively engage with the company's social media followers by responding to comments, direct messages, and participating in conversations to maintain a lively and engaged community.
  • Track social media metrics and analyze the performance of posts, campaigns, and ads to ensure continuous improvement and growth of the company’s digital presence.

Video Presentation:

  • Create short videos for social media and website use, including promotional messages, client testimonials, and advertisements.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure video content aligns with the company’s promotional strategies, marketing goals, and audience needs.

 

Front Office Administration:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in clients and phone inquiries, providing a warm and professional welcome, and directing clients to the appropriate departments or agents.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, such as preparing reports, maintaining office supplies, handling mail, and assisting the team with other tasks as required.
  • Address client concerns, provide information, and ensure a positive experience when interacting with the company.

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Must have qualities of a Model, social media marketing skills, confident and pro active
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and marketing techniques. Ability to create, post, and analyze social media content to engage audiences
  • Comfortable being on camera and in front of clients. Confident, engaging, and proactive in various work environments
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and handle front office duties efficiently
