DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Researching Target market, provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategies.
  • Establish and manage demonstration farms to showcase our client products' effectiveness and benefits.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Driving demand for Agricultural products and Solutions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with goods and services purchased, and resolving any problems arising
  • Identify and target potential customers in the agricultural sector.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Leverage established relationships to drive sales and expand market reach.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree or Diploma in Agriculture or a related field.
  • 3+ Experience in agricultural sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Established relationships within the industry that can be leveraged.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
  • Knowledge of Kenyan agricultural practices and challenges, is desirable
