DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Researching Target market, provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategies.
- Establish and manage demonstration farms to showcase our client products' effectiveness and benefits.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Driving demand for Agricultural products and Solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with goods and services purchased, and resolving any problems arising
- Identify and target potential customers in the agricultural sector.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Leverage established relationships to drive sales and expand market reach.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree or Diploma in Agriculture or a related field.
- 3+ Experience in agricultural sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Established relationships within the industry that can be leveraged.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
- Knowledge of Kenyan agricultural practices and challenges, is desirable
