DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Generation and Outbound Calls:

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone to introduce and promote the company's products and services.
  • Qualify leads by assessing customer needs and aligning them with the company’s offerings.
  • Effectively engage with prospects to generate interest and identify sales opportunities.

Sales Conversion and Closing Deals:

  • Present the company’s products and services in a persuasive manner to convert leads into paying customers.
  • Handle customer objections professionally, turning challenges into opportunities.
  • Close sales and meet/exceed monthly targets by using effective closing techniques and follow-ups.

Customer Interaction and Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by providing clear, accurate, and concise information.

Product Knowledge and Consultation:

  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s product/service offerings, pricing structures, and unique selling points.
  • Provide expert advice and consultation to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide superior recommendations.

 

 

 

Record Keeping and CRM Updates:

  • Accurately record and update customer interactions and sales data in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure proper tracking of sales progress.
  • Generate and maintain accurate sales reports for team reviews and management feedback.

Achieving Sales Targets:

  • Work towards individual sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to ensure personal and team success.
  • Participate in sales training and development sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to discuss strategies for meeting collective goals.

Cross-Selling and Up-Selling:

  • Identify opportunities to offer additional products and services to customers based on their needs.
  • Leverage customer insights and buying patterns to suggest relevant solutions that increase customer value.

Customer Feedback and Market Insights:

  • Gather feedback from customers to improve service offerings and contribute to product development.
  • Provide valuable insights into customer behavior, preferences, and trends that can help refine marketing and sales strategies.

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a Business-related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a busy call center or telesales environment
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Good negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Self-motivated, organized, and proactive in following up with leads
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills
