DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and sales goals.
  • Manage day-to-day activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to boost engagement and drive conversions.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Create and schedule high-quality, engaging content including posts, videos, stories, reels, and ads.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency in visuals and tone.
  • Identify trending topics, hashtags, and content opportunities to boost organic reach.
  • Analytics & Performance Optimization:
  • Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, ROI).
  • Adjust strategies and content based on data insights and A/B testing to optimize results.

Sales & Promotion Alignment:

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop promotional campaigns that align with sales objectives.
  • Coordinate product launches, seasonal promotions, influencer collaborations, and contests.

Community Engagement:

  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, messages, and comments in a timely, professional manner.
  • Foster strong relationships with the online community to build brand loyalty and trust.

Market & Trend Monitoring:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms.
  • Recommend new tools, features, and strategies to keep the brand at the forefront of digital innovation.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or online sales
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, advertising tools, and content strategies
  • Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, Google Analytics, etc
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and content aesthetics
  • Results-driven, with the ability to meet deadlines and KPIs
