DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Generation
- Proactively make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote the company’s medical products and services.
 - Handle inbound sales inquiries from customers, ensuring that all requests are addressed promptly and professionally.
 - Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions, with a focus on closing sales effectively.
 - Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
 
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
 - Provide exceptional customer service by responding to queries, following up on sales, and resolving issues quickly.
 - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding products, order status, and post-sale support.
 
Product Knowledge and Communication
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, pricing, and promotions.
 - Communicate the value proposition of products clearly and confidently to clients over the phone.
 - Educate clients on product usage, features, benefits, and potential side effects (where applicable) in a compliant and ethical manner.
 
Database and CRM Management
- Record all client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups accurately in the company’s CRM system or sales database.
 - Update client records regularly to ensure that contact information, purchase history, and communication logs are current and complete.
 - Utilize CRM insights to tailor communication and prioritize high-value leads.
 
Collaboration and Reporting
- Work closely with the field sales team, marketing department, and other internal stakeholders to align on sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
 - Attend regular sales meetings, training sessions, and briefings to stay aligned with company goals and updates.
 - Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports highlighting performance, challenges, and market feedback.
 
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Medical Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business Administration)
 - Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in tele-sales, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical industry
 - Proficiency in using computers and common office software (e.g., MS Office Suite)
 - Experience with Pharmco software is a strong advantage
 - Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
 - Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
