DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and implement sales and marketing strategy
  • Ensure a realistic sales targeting regime
  • Ensure constant salesmen monitoring and compulsory achievement of target-volume and coverage
  • Coach, Motivate and Guide sales team
  • Plan and manage sales and marketing resources
  • Ensure availability of all SKUs in trade
  • Analyze & review sales reports
  • Assign orders placement/order requisitions
  • Analyze sales performance per route & overall
  • Accompany trucks on route
  • Handle key accounts customers
  • Pushing new innovations brands in the market
  • Handle customers complaints
  • Implement company sales and marketing strategy
  • Any other duty assigned by the Manager

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related course.
  • 3+ Years’ experience in sales.
  • Experience in FMCG environment especially in the beverage industry shall be highly essential
  • Experience in managing distribution vehicles.
  • Experience using ERP systems i.e., PASTEL, DMS etc.
  • Computer skills – MS Word, Excel, Windows and PowerPoint.
  • People management skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills & self-driven.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organization & presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
