DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively promote and market the company’s products to new and existing customers through direct selling and product demonstrations.
  • Educate customers on product features, usage, and benefits to enhance sales.
  • Develop strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, complaints, or feedback to enhance customer experience.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, pricing, and customer needs to provide relevant solutions.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve products or tailor marketing strategies.
  • Maintain a structured schedule to ensure that all customers on the route are served efficiently.
  • Adapt routes based on road conditions, customer availability, or new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily sales, stock movements, and customer orders.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management review.
  • Provide timely reports on market trends, sales challenges, and customer insights.
  • Provide excellent customer service during and after sales to ensure customer retention.
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Motorcycle Riding Skills – Must be able to ride a motorcycle and possess a valid license.
  • Good communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Familiar with basic technology, such as mobile apps and sales tracking tools.
