DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet individual and team sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and networking within the construction and real estate sectors.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations to showcase company offerings.
  • Prepare and present competitive proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, contractors, developers, and real estate stakeholders.
  • Act as the key point of contact between the company and customers before, during, and after the sales process.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an updated client database with follow-ups, interactions, and sales activities.

Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Plan and execute effective digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
  • Create engaging content and promotional materials tailored to the construction and real estate market.
  • Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Stay updated with current trends in digital marketing and construction market behavior.

 

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Gather and report insights on customer preferences, product demand, and new opportunities.
  • Use data to support decision-making in promotional strategies and product positioning.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Maintain accurate and timely sales reports, including daily calls, client visits, closed deals, and pending follow-ups.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance updates to the management team.
  • Track progress against KPIs and actively work towards exceeding set goals.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–3 years’ experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably within the construction or related industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong proficiency in social media marketing and digital tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, confident, and able to work under minimal supervision
  • Must be proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented
