DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Proactively identify new market segments and develop strategies to tap into emerging branding, printing, and interior design opportunities in both corporate and SME sectors.
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, industry events, and online channels.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare customized proposals and presentations to pitch solutions tailored to client branding and interior needs.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, from first inquiry to post-project follow-up.
  • Maintain strong relationships by providing timely responses, anticipating client needs, and offering innovative branding and design solutions.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions to ensure long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.

Marketing and Brand Promotion

  • Work with the design and digital teams to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that promote the company’s services (e.g. signage, event branding, interior design).
  • Assist in managing the company’s social media, website content, and email marketing strategies to drive engagement and lead generation.
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, case studies, project portfolios, and proposals.

 

 

Project Coordination Support

  • Liaise between the sales team, design team, and production departments to ensure accurate briefing and timely execution of client projects.
  • Monitor project timelines and update clients on progress, coordinating site visits or meetings as required.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet the company’s quality standards and client expectations.

Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis

  • Regularly monitor trends in branding, signage, and interior design markets locally and regionally.
  • Prepare competitor analysis reports to guide pricing, service offerings, and strategic positioning.
  • Provide recommendations based on research to improve service offerings and customer value proposition.

Reporting and Performance Analysis

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and project updates in CRM tools.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to management, highlighting key metrics, wins, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Use analytics to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales and marketing role within a branding, printing, or interior design company
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
