PROMOTERS – (CLEANING & FUMIGATION SERVICES)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively promote and sell the company’s cleaning and fumigation services to potential clients.
• Engage customers in high-traffic areas, residential estates, business premises, or events to explain service offerings.
• Distribute promotional materials and brochures to raise awareness of available services.
• Identify and approach potential clients through field sales and door-to-door marketing.
• Maintain a database of prospects and update progress on leads and conversions regularly.
• Deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Attend promotional events, activations, and campaigns as scheduled.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in promoting or selling services
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident, persuasive, and presentable
• Must be self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
• Familiarity with Nairobi and its environs is an added advantage
