PROFESSIONAL CLEANER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and washing of surfaces.
• Clean and maintain upholstery and seats, ensuring they are free of dirt, stains, and allergens.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, and steam cleaners to ensure efficient cleaning.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are properly stocked, and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions to management.
• Follow the company's cleaning procedures and standards to provide excellent service to clients.
• Ensure that all work areas are left in a safe and organized manner after cleaning.
• Handle and dispose of waste materials in accordance with company guidelines.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude when interacting with clients and staff.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a residential cleaning role
• Experience in cleaning seats and upholstery
• Familiarity with operating cleaning machinery (e.g., vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, steam cleaners)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
• Physically fit and able to handle the demands of cleaning tasks
• High level of professionalism and reliability
